✧About the Artist Behind the Merch
Hi there! My name is Natalie and I'm the artist behind Basillustrations - a punny combination of my last name "Basile" and "Illustrations". I grew up in Wisconsin then went to art school for my BFA in Illustration in Chicago and ever since have stayed in Illinois. Even from a young age, I was absolutely enchanted by all things artsy like animated movies & TV shows, manga, music, and books. Once I picked up a pencil, I started drawing/painting and nearly 20+ years later, I haven't stopped.
After college, I got an adorable kitty named Sunny and a creative day job. I started drawing more fan art, watching more anime, collecting manga and figures and going to conventions. With the huge support of my loved ones and my wonderful Associate Manager Hallie, I've been able to make that jump and start creating and selling my own merchandise!

Hi, I’m Hallie AKA QuinnCreatives13! I love anime, manga, cosplaying, gaming, and horror! Cats are my favorite animal, I have 2 kitties at home, Shikamaru (Shika) and Kyo! My favorite animes are My Next Life as a Villainous: All Routes Lead to Doom! and Ouran Highschool Host Club. (Special shout outs to Windbreaker, Haikyuu, Naruto). Some of my favorite mangas include: Black Bird, Yona of the Dawn, Noragami (RIP the ending), and so many more. I currently own over 1,000 volumes 😅
You can find me tabling with Natalie at almost every convention. On top of that, I help with a lot of the behind the scenes of her business! Between, pricing, helping with new merch, and designing set up, I’m a lot of the man power.
