✧ When an item is listed as “PRE-ORDER”
Please note that any Pre-Order items will take up to 30 business days to process and will be shipped as soon as the item is back in stock
Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery after item has been shipped
If ordering a bundle and 1 or more items are listed as PRE-ORDER, the order will ship out once all items in the bundle are back in stock

Store will be closed for any of the following reasons:
✧ Convention Weekend (WED-MON)
✧ Low stock on items
✧ Vacation/Holidays
Please do not email about when the store will return. Check social media for updates

We currently do not offer custom merchandise requests
Basillustrations does however offer digital print commissions. Please inquire with the Commission Form
We do take suggestions, but no guarantees!

By purchasing from Basillustrations you agree to all the store policy’s listed below:
✧Cancellations/Changes:
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel an order, so we do accept cancellations as long as the order has not been packed and shipped. If you want to make changes to an order, please email us at nbasillustrations@gmail.com as soon as possible.
✧Refunds/Exchanges:
All sales are final.
If you believe we shipped a defective or incorrect product, please email us at nbasillustrations@gmail.com. You must provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect items within 5 days of receiving items to prevent fraudulent claims.
✧Estimated Shipment:
Processing times for orders are can take anywhere between 3-10 business days for in-stock items. It can then take the post office 5-8 business days to ship within the US. We are not responsible for any delays once the package has been sent.
If purchasing a PRE-ORDER item, it may take upwards of 1 month for an item to dispatch. Please do not purchase a pre-order item if you're unable to wait.
We do NOT offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
✧Incorrect Address/Returned Packages:
Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. If you see that there is a mistake in your address prior to the item being shipped, please email us at nbasillustrations@gmail.com to have your address changed as soon as possible.
If your package has been returned due to incorrect/insufficient address, you will have to pay for shipping to have your package resent to you. If you no longer want the item, we will refund you for the value of the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you obtained free shipping for your order, we will refund your total purchase paid minus the shipping fees incurred by us.
✧Lost/Missing Packages:
Once the item has been shipped by us, we are not responsible for your package. Please contact the shipping service to help locate your package once they have received it. If your package is not found 2 weeks after last tracking scan, please send us an email at nbasillustrations@gmail.com and we will do our best to see what we can do.
USPS sometimes marks items delivered before they go out for delivery. If your item doesn’t show up soon, please see if your neighbors have seen it. If you're still unable to locate your package, contact your local post office. The postmaster should be able to run a GPS trace on your package and will consult the person responsible for delivery. In most cases, you’ll be able to locate your package this way.

We collect personal information from you so that we can provide you with a positive experience when purchasing from our website. We will only collect the minimum amount of information necessary for us to fulfill our obligation to you.
We will use the Personal Data you give to us in order to process your payment for the purchase of goods or services under a contract. We only use third-party payment processors that take the utmost care in securing data and comply with the GDPR.
We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your Personal Information with third parties without your consent.
